Exciting class series offered to Young Yogis (ages 8-12) at Tula Yoga Studio co-led by Megan Harty and myself.
This six week series will feature independent and group activities that encourage a deeper sense of body awareness. Classes will include flowing sequences and challenging poses, while increasing strength, flexibility and balance, learning breathing and relaxation techniques and team building skills. Yoga offers the students an energizing challenge for the body, as well as a wonderful way to nurture the spirit and is a fun way to hang out with friends and try something new!!
Most of all, this class will help build the foundation for a practice they can continue the rest of their life!
