2 Hour Workshop
Pre Requisite: Headstand and Handstand at the wall
Take a trip off your mat and into the air. Your playful co-pilots will lead you off of your feet and break down several inverted poses like Sirsasana A and B, Handstand and Pincha Mayurasana. We will play with fun transitions and variations. Think light thoughts and find a new perspective with this adventurous upside down workshop.
