Balance. Eat some Cheetos.

Post July Fourth.  Feeling a little ‘tired.’  This is about the time I like to remind myself that a life of constant good decisions and healthy eating habits can err on the side of, how do you say, BORING.  Yes I love to do yoga day after day after day and after several days (or weeks) of eating fresh veggies and fruits combined with lots o’ water, well, I feel amazing.  But every once and awhile or maybe once a week (depending on your definition of balance) eat something naughty and don’t get  8-9 hours of sleep and make some bad decisions.  It’s all about balance baby.  And sometimes being bad, feels pretty damn good.
