I will co-teach this fun 2-hour adventure with the lovely Veronica Rottman:
Pre Requisite: You can do Headstand and Handstand at the wall!
Take a trip off off your mat and into the air with your playful co-pilots. We will lead you off of your feet and break down several inverted poses like Sirsasana A and B (headstand and tripod headstand), Handstand and Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand).
We will play with fun transitions and variations, think light thoughts and find a new perspective with this adventurous upside down workshop.
