So…this one is tough. The colored patterns, KLISHTAS, are obstacles that are blocking you from happiness and peace aka: negative mind chatter. You can reduce or uncolor the KLISHTAS (I have to use all caps to make it more scary) by meditating and practicing yoga. The result is a deeper awareness of self.
The uncolored thought patterns, AKLISHTA, do not lead to suffering (hooray!) so basically that could be me sitting around thinking about how adorable my dog is, no harm there.
