Chicago School of Yoga is hosting a ‘Feet Free Arm Balancing’ workshop this Saturday at 3:30pm. Only $20!
Take a trip off of your mat and into the air with your playful pilot. I will lead you safely off of your feet and break down several arm balances like Bakasana (Crow), Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow), Eka Pada Koundinyasana I and II (Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya) and Ashtavakrasana (8 Angle Pose). We will also play with variations and transitions.
This workshop will explore arm balances in an approachable way, helping you overcome fears and preconceptions, build core strength, enhance the strength and stability of your shoulders and wrists, improve your focus and concentration and awaken a greater sense of aliveness.
