I’m on week three of my ‘Harmonica One’ lessons. We recently learned Bob Dylan’s Love Minus Zero, which is a sweet little ditty. My favorite so far is the basic chug on my key of G harp. I used it all last week in my kid’s yoga classes as the sound of a ‘train’ when we practice our ‘train breath’ or go on a ‘train adventure.’ It is very soothing. My awesome teacher Skip, at Old Town School of Music, mentioned in the first class that the simplicity of the chug has a meditative quality…it also chills Floyd out.
