My CocoonCare Prenatal Yoga class on Saturday mornings is quickly becoming one of my favorite classes to teach each week. I don’t play any music (which is a big deal for me) this creates a more meditative, introspective atmosphere. In our quiet space the mamas are still light-hearted and even laugh at my nerdy yoga jokes. Most importantly a sweet energy is cultivated in a room where women come together to take care of themselves and their growing babes. I love being a part of that.
