Time Travel.

I asked one of my best friends, Miss. Maggie Jones, for a book recommendation.  She has great advice on everything.  Maggie recommended The Time Traveler’s Wife. I am about half way through it and I’m totally digging it.  It’s set in Chicago, which is fun.    There was an excerpt I read the other day that I thought I should share.

During this part of the book Henry, the main character, is speaking about his passion for running.  His thoughts on running could also explain yoga.

(Yoga) is many things to me: survival, calmness, euphoria, solitude.  It is proof of my corporeal existence, my ability to control my movement through space, if not time, and the obedience, however temporary, of my body to my will.
