Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you are able to spend it with friends and family. In my kids classes, during the month of November, we passed around a ‘gratitude stick’ and shared one thing that we were grateful for. I think this practice should bleed out into the other months. It’s hard to feel sad or unhappy when making a list of things that we are thankful for. Here is my list (in no particular order):
1. Family and Friends
I am teaching a Prenatal Yoga class this Wednesday night at Cocoon Care for new mamas that want to unwind before the big day. Or detox with me Friday 12:15pm at Zen Yoga Garage. Hope to see you on the mat!
